and I made a trip to your "NEW" location and were we ever pleased!!
It was just beautiful and you can now walk all around facing forward
and not having to squeeze thru the isles!! The gals working for you
are great!!! My gal pal and I had such a great time. If you
would have had a place to lie down we would probably still be there!!
It's so much fun shopping in a place where the staff is helpful and

I placed an order December 5, 2006 by phone, to Peggy if I remember
correctly, for 6 templates. This was an order that was very important
to me, as it was for my daughter, Beth. She has just started machine
quilting and had just a few templates. I want to tell you how
impressed I am about how your staff completed the order, got it off so
quickly, and we had it for Christmas. My daughter was so excited about
getting all the patterns and they were the first presents she used.
They have stitched up perfectly and I can't tell you how happy I was
that we chose those patterns for her.

"I have
frequently purchased from Pam and Ernie at Bayside Quilting as they
vendor shows, and have enjoyed chatting with them...they are friendly
and knowledgeable. They recently opened a new studio/store in
Olympia...one I haven't gotten to yet, but my longarm friends think it
is fantastic!
I called Pam a couple weeks ago Friday requesting a very large feathered
heart...larger then 14". Pam didn't find one in her large stencil
collection, so I thanked her ...refused her offer to order another for
me, since I was hot to do this quilt. I know Pam knows me by sight, but
since I have only purchased from her as a vendor at a show was QUITE
surprised when she called me on Sunday...while doing inventory she found
just the heart! Went through her caller ID looking for my business name
(NOT there!), then found my number based on the approximate time of
call! She mailed it to me on Monday, I had it Tuesday...WOW! What
service!
Like many other longarm quilters I know, when I want supplies I usually
needed it yesterday...and am quite impressed with Pam and Ernie's'

B-Line Home Quilting System:
"Hi Pam,
I have finished putting my B-Line together. I am
kind of proud of that, given the fact that I am a 71 year old female.
I only had help in the one initial part where the directions say "you
need a second pair of hands". I have the machine on it, and have
loaded a 'practice sampler'. Your directions that you mailed me were
VERY helpful....Your drawing from the side view of how the rollers go
was SUPER helpful. I referred to that often.
